It is the name of the latest stencil to be added to our website and apt as a title for this post too. Klimtomania is from our forthcoming Vintage range of stencils, but has been featured in the April issue of the fabulous Living etc magazine (just out), so we've added it to our site in case you want to order it.

They have cunningly used it across a flat-fronted cabinet. For added interest and fun, they have stencilled it on the inside as well, but in the reverse of the colours on the front. It is a repeat pattern stencil designed to fill entire areas, but you can also simply finish it on a swirl as shown here.
It is inspired by the Austrian artist Gustav Klimt, most famous for "The Kiss". Here is his "Tree of Life" painting.
