I keep meaning to learn more about stencilling with Venetian Plaster. Some of my friends and associates specialise in this skill.
It involves trowels rather than stencil brushes and the plaster needs to be burnished to produce a highly polished appearance. Too daunting to try yourself? Ask a decorator. The resource page on the IDAL site will have a list of USA specialists and other stencillers in plaster are invited to leave details in the comments section below. This sample was from Armourcoat and features our GR66 Paradise Palm stencil .
Here is another example of stencilling with plaster from Armourcoat featuring panel CH3 from our Chinese Style stencil collection. Both stencils from The Stencil Library.
