Such a neat event! I live in a country too young to have the heritage and architecture Europe does...that is what I love most when visiting.


Boy would I love to see that, if fact thats a date for my diary next year.

I would not bother Liz, I think they are only doing it every 1600 years!
I am hoping to find links to film clips this week and I will post any that I'm allowed to. The traffic on the Roman road near me was nose to tail so I imagine a lot of people tried to see it. I failed.

Ok Liz. I am now reading that the event was such a fab success and so many people were not able to be part of it....they may do it again. One person in our local paper asking for the wall to be lit every year to start the tourist season.
