Todays Stencil Inspiration: The Large Border

I am sure I have mentioned the concept of a large border before.  Basically it is a way to cover a large portion of your wall space but it works just like a border so is quite straightforward to position and repeat.  This is CV10-L Pavilion Border from the Classic Victorian section of our New British Inspired stencil range.  It is 33 inches (84cm) deep so when used at the bottom of the wall as here, covers all the space below where a chair rail would traditionally lie.  On another note, this design was adapted from designs at the Royal Pavilion, Brighton, a chinoiserie gem.
